材料:
五十克低筋麵粉
二百五十克高筋麵粉
一茶匙半快速酵母
半茶匙幼鹽
一湯匙砂糖
一隻雞蛋
一百六十毫升清水
一湯匙半橄欖油

餡料:
一百克培根/煙肉,切碎
二百克洋蔥,切碎
兩粒蒜頭,切碎
適量起司/芝士,切碎
一茶匙意大利混合香草
一茶匙黑胡椒碎
一湯匙番茄膏
一茶匙砂糖
四分一茶匙幼鹽

Ingredients:
50g cake flour
250g bread flour
1.5tsp fast acting yeast
0.5tsp salt
1tbsp sugar
1 egg
160ml water
1.5tbsp olive oil

Filling:
100g chopped bacon
200mg chopped onion
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Some shredded cheddar cheese
1tsp Italian mixed herbs
1tsp ground pepper
1tbsp tomato puree
1tsp sugar
1/4tsp salt
